Once she's completed her treks though Australia, Asia and Europe, pop superstar Lady Gaga will set out this summer on the second North American leg of her 'Monster Ball' tour.
The flamboyant songstress will bring her self-described 'pop-electro opera' back to North America beginning with a June 28 performance in Montreal. 'It's still called Monster Ball, but it's more of a musical and less of a concert,' the performer explained in an interview last month with Ryan Seacrest. 'It has a New York theme, it's a story, and the story is that me and my friends are in New York and we're going to the Monster Ball, and we get lost.'
The trek supports Lady Gaga's recently released second studio set, 'The Fame Monster,' which surfaced last fall. The effort peaked at no. 5 on The Billboard 200 and reached No. 1 status on album charts in Finland, Germany, Ireland, Poland, Switzerland and the UK. Earlier this month, the chart-topping performer released the video for her latest single, 'Telephone.' Fans can watch the jail-themed video featuring Beyonce at Lady Gaga's website.
